Condition and rates

Annual contract

AMPLIO's services are based on annual contract. Rate of the services are consisted with initial fee, monthly retainers and other actual expenses. We are pleased to discuss about the objectives and make a contract according to the mutual agreement.

By project contract

AMPLIO provide one-time services by project. Rates are calculated with working times and/or provided products.

Commissions

When above fees is not natural for the condition of support, AMPLIO will provide our service on commission basis.

In order to perform adequate service, AMPLIO provide plan for the following activities.

Evaluate PROS and CONS of our clients' product/technologies

Research marketability of the product/technologies

Japanese web pages for our clients' web site

Company profiles in Japanese language

Products/Technologies brochures

Hookup Internet mail account

Hookup telephone line

Packaged service

AMPLIO provide packaged services to the clients wishing to pay lowest fee or preparing limited budget. It is also convenient for the clients who wish trial services or one-time support, etc.

AMPLIO prepare Standard Company Profile and Products brochure written in Japanese for this service. These documents will be provided to the guests upon their request.

Web Support

Monthly retainer includes 10 incidents and 2 hours of service. When average number of the communications exceeds the estimation, AMPLIO will offer new conditions.

e-Mail Support

Monthly retainer includes 10 incidents and 4 hours of service. When average number of the communications exceeds the estimation, AMPLIO will offer new conditions.

On call Support

Initial charge includes hooking up separate phone line and monthly charge include 10 incidents and 6 hours When average number of the communications exceeds the estimation, AMPLIO will offer new conditions.
